One of my favorite parks. During the winter or colder times, the manatees come way up towards the spring as the water is warmer. It depends upon how cool the nights and days get as to how many manatees you see. Usually there are some alligators around and maybe a snake or two. This park is located on the St. John's River as the springs feed into it.
